- Connect to a minimum of 75 panels per shift with a minimum of 85% completion rate using remote programming software
- Identify and internally escalate change requests that appear incorrect or may result in unintended consequences
- Manage and respond to daily emails with proper email etiquette through outlook
- Process and respond to all customer requests received via email and RAM reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time using multiple monitors
- Team player who fulfills commitments to internal and external customers with a positive attitude
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to type 35 WPM with accuracy of 96% or higher
- Experience using office equipment such as computer, headset, copier, etc.
- Experience using MS Office products
- Located in Nicholasville, Ky

- Tuesday through Friday 11:30 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. And Saturdays 1:00 P.M. To 7:00 P.M. With Sunday and Mondays off
